Right of withdrawal applies until the order has been distributed. Once an order is shipped it's final and cannot be reversed. International shipping includes multiple carriers customs processing and handling fees. Once a parcel has crossed borders, return shipping and import costs can exceed the value of the item itself. For this reason open international orders are not sustainable (unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect). The case of faulty item/s, also excludes discounted items with disclosed faults. Furthermore this do not include damage caused by post carriers.
